Name of company/service: EZONEONLINE
I booked a product from Ezoneonline website and the order number is 389508 on August 31. The team promised to deliver the product in 7 to 10 working days and its been 14 working days from now with out any response.
Even when I called up the customer service, they are arrogant and disconnect the call.
I have also sent two mails to the customer care team, however there is no response from them.
