Dear Sir,
This is with the reference to above said title, there was a problem to change net work vodafone to aircel, since i was using Vodafone No as i desired and given request to port for Aircel at near retailer with the all document (Which are all supposed to given , Photo, voter Id photo copy with pan card photo copy, and the same was ported to aircel 1 week back, after that there is no service from Monday noon with out any intimation to me, Ive checked with the retailer on Tuesday evening and he told like there is problem in my document so u suppose to visit near aircel authorized retailer, as per his instruction Ive personally visited to aricel office which is lying near 6th block rajaji nagar and id given again all the document which was given earlier but it not get been ported as even i couldn’t be able to go for my previous network (Vodafone), Pls support in this regard and request to advice how to go ahead further, presently i cont use my number due to no service form aircel. its directly hampering my regular activities, without communication our work will not be completed.
