BEFORE THE CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA, BANGALORE
The company has collected excess amount of Rs.122.34 while closing the relative plan. I made several calls/requests through the
Company franchise offices, for which no response. On 22.6.12, I sent a e mail to the company demanding the amount due to me.
for which the company sent an e mail to me on 26.2.12, seeking my present address , for which I furnished the same on 27.6.12
The company acknowledging my reply on 29.6.12, promised to issue cheque for the amount due and will personally hand over
the same to me at my residence by 29.6.12. The company failed to honor its promise.
My subsequent reminders in the matter is given deaf ears by the company. Hence I am compelled to lodge this complaint with a
request to help me recover the amount due with costs. I request the honorable court to levy substantial amount as penalty and also
an equal amount to be made good to me as damage caused to me for its failure to honor its commitments and causing much
