Missing product in delivery of order and no response

Dear Sir,

I was ordered 2 no.s of Lenovo 10400mAH Power Bank (White) on 11 March 2016 in SHOPCLUES.I was received on 18 March 2016.I opened the courier it is only 1 Lenovo 10400mAH Power Bank (White) is there in box. and it is not working properly. Then i was return same product which is i received on same date(18 March 2016).There is no response and reply from SHOPCLUES.I have photo proofs which is i was received . 10 days gone away.no response here.

There is 2 issues now i am facing now.

1). I want to return this product and Refund my money immediately
2).Take an action on merchant this type of missing products delivering to customers .
