Missing of article in between the passage by a Courier Company

Name of the Company : Blazeflash Couriers Limited

This is regarding my pathetic experience with your Blazeflash courier service Ltd. I have booked a courier with consignment Num : 218934600 on 17Sep2013 to haveri(Karnatka) by a stationary shop which has tie-up with Uttam Nagar branch of Blazeflash . The parcel includes one shirt and greeting card. It was supposed to deliver in 4-5 days but it was not happened so I booked a complaint through customer care with Complaint Num: 112132. After few days back it delivered to designated place but shirt is missing which cost Rs1600 and only greeting card delivered.

I informed the recipient about shirt then he reject to accept the parcel. This is being a very bad experience with blazflesh service first it delay and then misses article in between the passage. I have already booked my online complaint to Blazeflash but no communication has been received from their side. I have called 5-7 times to Uttam Nagar branch but they have not picked my call single time.

At the last I contact consumer forum for the redressal as I have a full faith in you. Please take necessary action against blazeflash and compensate my loss from them and more of that set an example which allows them to stop all such mis-practicing.
