Airtel/Infibeam Replacement Warranty Lapse

Dear Sir,

I ordered black colour Callmate Flip Case with NFC for Samsung Galaxy Note 2 on 31st August 2013 on Airtel India shopping website. Total Amount of Rs. 361/- was paid through credit card. My order number is 20639044 provided by Infibeam Logistics Pvt. Ltd. who have also delivered the product to me.

The manufacturing quality of the product has NOT been satisfactory, since the day I received it. Initially, it was a difficult to put the flip case back cover on the phone as the dimensions do not match with the phone. However, after some trials the flip case was fitted on the phone. The flip cover itself does not sit flat on the screen of the phone which leaves the flip cover gaping in the front.

The biggest issue that I have been facing is that the back cover does not lock properly on the back side of the phone. The back cover of the flip case does not fit properly and remains loose in the upper corners. Since last two days, it has become unusable as the phone can’t be held or kept in the pocket comfortably due to the protrusion of the back cover of the flip case. Even, the NFC has become non functional due to the gap.

Kindly inform me how to return the product for a refund. The screen guard that came along with the flip case is still unused and the packing cover is intact.
