I had booked 187 pieces of shopping bags from kolkata through laxmi cargo movers on 01/07/2016.the sl NO.of bill is 6492. when i received the my shipment the packing was open and 85 pieces of bags were missing.
the total cost of missing bags are Rs 5100.
when I reported the matter to the shipment company,they denied my complaint. please help me,
