Extra amount charged and tormented by company customer service

Dear Sir/Madam

I am using Idea no 9990277115 from last 6 yrs.
In my June month bill of rs 2841 i charged rs 1187 on data pack proration charges.
Understand from bill that i have not used above the allotted data in MB’s , still charged that amount.
I have many times called customer care and discussed but they are not conveying the genuine reason for charges and wave off it. This is not genuine charges applied and same need to be reversed.
Also out of 2841 rs of bill, i have paid 2500 still my number services has been barred.
I have gone through very much of harassment in this last week due to repeat fraud from Idea cellular which is many a times also complaint earlier too.

Request you to pls take up matter with Idea cellular and wave off entire data pack proration charge along with claim for mental torturer and harassment done by Idea Cellular company.

    I visited tt motors that is authorized dealer of Mercedes-Benz GL500 and was attended by Sr. Executives and was told that no vehicle in class GL-500 was available in India and that Complainant will be first among the proud lucky owners and was given a test drive in the diesel version of GL-500 and was told that the product is best in its category and it was further stated that the 3 ton product is so smooth when driven to an extent that power steering can be rotated by a single finger and that the same is guided by sensors, besides other features.
