Name of company/service: ICICI Prudential
have purchased a policy ( Policy No.16464856 ) from ICICI Prudential in the month of March 2012. The product features & all the formalities are been explained by Mr. Madhur Vijayvargiya. He introduced himself as Branch Manager in ICICI Prudential, Indore Branch. He continuously track me on phone for many days & keep on buzzing me to Invest as soon as possible. Later he offered me 3 gram gold plus 1 set of RayBan Aviator sunglasses with the policy. I have purchased the policy with the offer. I asked him about how the scheme would be given to me. He said that would be delivered at my residential address after free look period overs of policy.
For many days he dis-track me & keep me running after him for my gifts with the policy. Now he has stopped picking up my phone also once he was convincing me to forget about the gifts & look at the benefit of the policy. Now there is no one who is responding at this issue. What a person can do if company representative at such senior level do such Fraud selling to meet their targets.
Later I thought i should be complaining into customer service dept. of ICICI Prudential so I find out Grievance Redressal officer number from ICICI Web portal & I called. He also stated that the company cannot do anything in such misleading even if it has been done by such a senior level person & company is not responsible for the same.
Pls suggest some Solution to the this because neither any company people are taking interest or showing concerns to provide some Solutions to it.
