I received the call from bsli (that the caller said to me that she call me from bsli office not from the gilpa office) that a policy named bsli vision plan for 5 years in which if I deposit rs. 30000/- Per year then I get rs. 267000/- After 5years & co. Also give me a medical policy for 5 yers & a life insurance plan for 100 years. I said to her please send her executive & collect the cheque from me. She send her executive on the same day & he signed me the documents. On the counter slip he write the term for 5 years but not write on the policy paper. I have this counte slip.
But when I received the policy document I shocked to saw the payment term that is 18 years instead of 5 years. When I complaint to the caller girl miss sonali (ph. No.: 8285482259), she said to me that her executive collect the orignal policy document from me & she send the policy to the bsli for changing the term from 18 years to 5 year.
After changing the policy document when I received the policy document, I shocked the term for 18 years instead of 5 years & the signature on the policy document was not mine. Their was the fraud signature. When I call to miss sonali , she never picked my phone.
I call to the co. Toll free no. On same day & complaint for that. I said that on the document the sign was not mine & I also complaint for that on 16th june letter. Co. Caller give me the complaint no. 28310226.
