MISSELLING AND FRAUD OF DAMAGED CAR.

Name of company/service: Samara Hundai Car Dealer

Dear Concern,

This case is not a small issue it is very huge manufactring fault of company and it is not happened inadvertenly. Here i am highlighting the major points of this case:-

The main concern is after fisrt service( 2 months later the day we purchased the car) we found a major manufacturing fault on back left side below door pannel there was a huge crack which you can see in attachments. i was very dissapoint at that time and i immediately called Mr. Harmeet( Branch Manager Samara Hundai Lajpat Nagar) he asked me to come to the showroom. When i went to the showroom he was not there he asked me to meet Mr. Jitender( Manager) and Jitender told us to wait for one day because he has to send the car at service to know the fault that why it happened. I told him not to repair it because it is company’s fault and i will not bear this at any cost. He promised me that they will not repair the car it is just that they wanted to know that why this happened.. The next day Mr. Brajesh( Official Car Driver Of Samar Hundai Lajpat Nagar) has came to our house to pick the car i showed him the fault he also said to me that it is company’s fault. I also told him not to repair this internal damage he said ok.. the same day in the evening he came to our house to give the car back and i was surprised to see that those hundai people are really very clever and they have done the fraud with me because they had repaired it very finely and paint it with the body paint.. and the most shocking thing was it all happened without my permission and without informing me anything. It is very ridiculous thing whatever they have been doned.

Whatever you have been mailed me that was not the positive answer of my mail. This is major manufacturing fault of company and you people are just hiding it by paint and all. This is last time i am warning you take it seriously to replace my car because it is company’s fault not mine so why will i bear it by doing some body paint on car. Dont try to hide your mistakes and faults. I am just completely fade up with these kind of responce and I will not tolerate such kind of mistakes. You samara hundai peoples are doing fraud with cutomers by selling them defective pieces and making them fool. Kindly take it seriouly otherwise i will go to consumer court and media also to high light such kinds of frauds and misselling of damaged cars by samara hundai. Waiting for sincere reply

This is to inform you regaeding the worst experience with samara hundai( lajpat nagar). In the month of MAY”12 I planned to buy a new car from hundai, so one of my friend from DLF suggested me to buy car from Mr. Nitin Malik( Hundai Employee of Kirti Nagar Branch). When i talked to Mr. Nitin he suggest me to buy the car from one of Samara Hundai showroom(Lajpat Nagar), he has given my number to Mr. Harmeet( Samara Hundai Lajpat Nagar Branch Manager) and Mr. Harmeet given my number to Mr. Manish Wadhwa. Then Mr. Manish called me and explained the proposal to me, he send his executive at my home twice. At that point of time i was totally convinced by them. After that i went to his Samara Hundai Showroom At Lajpat Nagar and fuflfilled all the requirments. At that time Mr. Manish has said to me that if i will buy this i20 magna(o) dsl so they will provide us some extra benefits like free teflon coating some other accesories of car but he had not given anything. When i went for first service of my car at Kirti Nagar Service Station Samara Hundai, the employees of service centre explained me that there is not any kind of teflon coating on my car. After i spoke to Mr. Manish he said that he will do the same whenever i will come to his Samara Hundai Showroom at Lajpat Nagar. Secondly whenever i called them for my permanent number after one month they never picked my phone during this period of time none of them called me any single time, every time i have to call them and have asked about my permanent number and car papers like proper invoice, extended warranty, my original registrartion certificate etc.. and my registration certificate which i did not get yet.
