miss selling, fraud

my name is mohd asim khan, i have ordered a mobile phone on amazon.in.(order number- 404-0278223-1626716) and on 20th of oct i recieved my order and when i opened it there was wrong product (low cost product than what i have ordered) from that day i am contacting amazon for replacement or refund. they asked me to despatch the product as they are not having pick back facility at adress.. i despatched the product on 27th of october and after 2-3 days again i called and they are saying they have not recieved the product yet.. at the same time i went to that courier company and thay show me that it was delivered on 28th oct. and recieved by satish.
amazon asked me to provide them my bank deatails to refund me, i provided my details. again there was no response from their side. when i contacted them again and again for my problem everyone was telling me a new story everyday. at the end one agent of amazon promised me that surely they will refund me on wednsday 5th of nov. but there was nothing. on the same day again i contacted them and they told me again to wait for 10 more days you will receive a cheque till 13 of nov. amazon is doing this fraud. they are delivering wrong product, providing wrong information, misguiding and creating grounds for a miss selling.. a strict action should be taken against them. i am exhausted.
