Yesterday I have booked my complaint regarding Krishna furnitures Jaipur, but till now I did not get any proceeding response by you. So again I am putting my complain to you as follow-
I purchased a dressing table from Krishna furnitures Jaipur on 15-10-14. I saw the dressing table and selected it but it did not deliver that day the shopkeeper told that it has to do finish and will be deliver the next day. So I went next day to him whether he did it finish or not. When I went there he wrapped it tightly with a polythene and told us that I have checked everything is o.k. believe on me. So we believed on him and delivery man came to deliver at home from the shop for which he charged transportation. The delivery man only opened the polythene by front and made us check only mirror and went. We have opened it fully on Diwali and surprised to see that the back side of the dressing table was cracked deeply. We ringed the shopkeeper and told about it that how it is so? As you told us that the item is o.k. because you have checked it. We told him please send some carpenter or you come and see it . But he did not take any interest and showing his negligence towards our complaint. As he did not gave us receipt of the cash because he told that the vat will be charged. He wrote the receipt on his visiting card.
Please assist us and take action against him.
