MISPLACED OF GOODS FROM GATI

bELOW IS THE MAIL SUMMARY OF GATI AND ME THE MAIL CONSERVATION

SINCE I HAD LAUNCHED A COMPLAINT ON APRIL 2013,WHEN I HAD RECEIVED A PARCEL FROM GATI IN DAMAGED CONDITION,AND SOME ITEMS IS BEEN MISPLACED FROM IT,IT HAD BEEN BOOKED FROM SRA(SAUDI ARABIA),I AM CONTINUOUS FOLLOW UP WITH GATI,THEY REPLIED THAT WHEN WE RECEIVED PARCEL FROM BLUE STAR CARGO,IT WAS IN DAMAGED CONDITION,GATI SAYS THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO CLAIM YOUR MISSING ITEM,AS BLUE STAR CAGRO HAD CLOSED BUSINESS PLEASE HELP

As per our telephonic discussion with delhi branch on 11 oct 2013,about the claim of parcel.

What happen no response from your side,what is the current status,can u update me about the claim

May I humbly request for your intervention and assistance for immediate closure of this long pending issue

As per our telephonic discussion you replied that ,GATI is not able to get CLAIM LETTER, Ravi you confirmed me to launch a complaint at the booking address(SAUDI ARABIA),but it is done itself by 27-April -2013,ravi we had received parcel from GATI,not from others,My brother who is in SAUDI launch a complaint about the parcel,they replied that while delivering,the parcel was in good condition,it is not from our side,
dear ravi now whom should i contact with,i cannot understand,you people say it is not from our side ,they say not from our side,then whom ?????

Please suggest a way out to have this long pending issue cleared.

I had A telephonic discussion with Rakesh at about 22.00 hrs,he replied me that the compliant is been closed from our side on 19-Oct-2013,contact with minakshi madam for the update,
Ravi without informing through mail,it is possible to close the ticket raised my me,is this the way GATI works on Issue(Complaints)
