MISLEADING / CHEATING CUSTOMER

To bring it to your notice on how ICICI Bank person Mrs.Vrinda Kale misleaded, cheated me .

I am Sneha Singh, I hold an account ( ICICI Bank ). I am writing this mail to file a complain regarding misleading, cheating and fraud which a person named Mrs. Vrinda Kale)of ICICI Bank bank- Band Garden Branch has done.

On 15.11.2012 I went to The Band Garden Road , Pune branch of ICICI to renew my Fixed deposite ( approx RS.46333) . However, a lady named Vrinda Kale explained me that I can do a recurring FD instead of only FD. Whereby , every month there will be an auto debit of Rs.4000 from my account . In line with this she made me sign a recurring deposit document and Fill the basic information such as name, and address and contact number , nominee. I gave her a cheque of RS 4000 = total amount for FD approx RS 50333 to be fixed . I asked for a copy of the same, but in faith as earlier experience of renewable and as confirmed by the lady the hard copy of processed document would reach at my postal address. Till date I did not receive any document for my renewed FD ( changed to recurring FD as the scheam explained by the lady.)

On 13.02.2013 I received a call from ICICI Prudential Mumbai as qouted by the girl on the phone, as I was in the meeting I asked her to call me on Saturday unable to understand why was she saying that I have made a life Insurance with ICICI Prudential. To my knowledge I do not hold any life Insurance with ICICI Prudential and never applied for same.

After analysis and checking with my bank I got to know that on my name Life Insurance has been done instead of recurring kind of FD . I lodged a complain on customer service on 13.02.2013. This is a clear case that I have been misguided,mislead,cheated, fraud . I request you to kindly look into the matter help me to get my refund with Interest amount that I am loosing every month.

After which i received a call and mail from Ms. Padmini ( Customer Service person) who was looking in this matter to resolve. Finally today 28.02.2013 at 2.17pm she called to say that ICICI cannot do anything to refund my amount. And the amount has locking period of 15yrs.This is clear harassment which ICICI is causing me.

I do not hold any documentary evidence of having an Insurance with ICICI as I never did an Insurance with ICICI. I only had an FD.

I request you therefore, to consider my problem and help me and take strict and
immediate action toward Mrs. Vrinda Kale at ICICI Band Garden Branch , Pune.
