Misinformation and balance deductionn

On 02-10-2012 as per the information provided by the customer care,i recharged my cell with Rs 99 to get 30 free isd mins for 15 days. Inspite of that there is deduction of my main balance whenever i make an isd call. When i complained for the first time, they refunded the amount but the next time when the same problem propped up, they refused to do so saying that there is no such isd pack. They told that the recharge of Rs 99 will avail me 250 free minutes from airtel to airtel. But even then i am charged on my calls to airtel mobiles. And now they have blocked my calls to the customer care. I want justice for the annoyance they have caused by providing me with wrong information, deducting my balance and for my time which they have wasted in giving them calls again and again to get me a solution. Expecting an early and just solution.
