sir their are so many students in m.p. who belong to up are taking illegal graduate scholarship from u.p. govt. by submitting fake documents for ex Raj kumar singh student of TIT bhopal under rgpv university roll no. 0111it081079 passed the same year 2012 belong to charkhari village Mahoba dist u.p. and his fathers name is harpal singh is taking u.p. graduate scholarship illegallly by submitting of his faters low income but in actuall his father is a constructor raj kumar singh also involved in the recket which provides illegal scholarship to many student in the same clg or in other clg in rgtu university .
