misguiding and threatening

hi guys it’s sunil. i HV same condition just an hour before an MTS representative threatened my brother that if he’s not going to pay his bill for the service which we HV not used . MTS gonna suie him for that.

let me tell you the fraud happened with my younger brother.

me and my brother share the same data card for internet uses.

from the first day of purchasing we were facing bandwidth problem after many complaints there was no action taken by MTS. after all we found a way to use for wat we were paying. we never disconnected the data card in hope this way we can access more data in low bandwidth and there ll b no problem if I pay then.

but after on or two months net speed continue to become worst.

we again complaint regarding our problem to MTS

thy said there are more internet user in your area that’s why you are facing such problem. our engineers are working over it and its gonna be okay in a couple of days.

let have a look on it. they said the cause of low speed is there are more user in your area means they are giving more connection without having resources to fulfill them. wat a company it is!

okay now the bad part is

there were no improvement in speed.

so we decided to disconnect the service.

we called and said wat we decided to the customer care representative

they assourd us wait for some time its gonna be okay and if its continue we ll proceed as you wish.

again there were no solution.

this time we decided that we ll pay only if service is okay for next month.

we paid for current month and after two three days one call came regarding our issue we told him to disconnect our service this time we don’t want to continue.

after that we purchased some other data plans from different providers.

after a month another call came and the person ask to pay our due I told him that we already requested to disconnect this service.

than he cut the call

after another month another call came to pay due for two months

i told her we have requested twice to disconnect this services we are not gonna. pay for it.

after a few days again a call came from Mr. nitin balsal this time he was threatened us in bad and rude manner or we can say without manner.

I told him this is not the way to talk to your customers. after a long time of verbal dual he give me an suggestion that if I pay a settlement amount. he now ll disconnect the service and convert it to prepaid.

I found this one okay where I HV to pay half of my bill .

I thought its over now.

after make a payment I called him on his given mo. no. many times no one replyed .

I lost hope that my card will be convert to prepaid.

after couple of days mr. nitin Bansal called me again. and I was in shock to here his wording to me.

he said pay your rest of amount and: never said you to pay any settlement amount.

and ask me do you have any written mail or anything regarding your settlement.

I HV no word this time. he tricked me.

I mailed to MTS regarding this fraudlance . but the same reply I got from them to pay rest of my bill for the data which I HV never used.

and today one another call came for settlement again and wen I refused she thratned me in same manner like mr. nitin before.

do any of u guys HV any idea wat to do..

its not about money

its about fraudulent.
