Extremely poor services from Tata Sky

I have been using Tata Sky for last 6-7 years. Off late I am experiencing horrible service quality from the organization. I have no connectivity for last 15-16 days.when I call the call centre it is extremely difficult to get to the representative. Several time thy promised urgent action but nothing happened. No engineer visited despite assurance. I don’t know what to do.As of now I do not have any TV access. Surprised by such horrible service quality from such a reputed organization..
