misguide by micromax company

HI,I AM FROM NASIK.I BOUGHT MICROMAX CANVAS TURBO A250 ON 10 DEC 2013 BY ONLINE WHICH AMOUNT IS 19000.BUT AFTER TWO THREE MONTHS MY PHONE HANGOUT.AND NOW AFTER FIVE MONTHS MY PHONE WAS COMPLETELY DEAD.ON 9 JUNE 2014 I TOLD TO MICRO MAX SERVICE CENTER WHICH IS IN NASIK.HE CHECKEDOUT MY PHONE AND TOLD ME IT IS DEAD.THEY TOLD ME THEY SENT MY PHONE IN DELHI AND COMMITED ME,ON 28 JUNE 2014 HANDOVER MY PHONE BUT THEY HANDOVER MY PHONE ON 10 JULY 2014.THEN PHONE’S BATTERY WAS DOWN SO THAT REASON I DIDNOT CHECKOUT MY PHONE. WHEN I CHARGED MY PHONE THE SCREEN WAS DAMAGED AND SAME PROBLEM HANGOUT.NEXT DAY I WENT TO SERVICE CENTER AND TOLD THEM. THEY AGREED THAT IT WAS THEIR FAULT BUT THEY DIDNOT REPONSE ME GOOD AND THEY MAKE ME FOOL.I AM HARDLY REQUEST TO YOU I HAVE NO MOBILE SO THAT THERE IS A BIG LOSS IN MY BUSSINESS.SO SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS.
