It is requested that I sanjay Agarwal,son of late Shri M L Agarwal took a policy No.000623304{(policy issue date 28 march 2006)(paying period 20 years)(benefit hole life)}.When I went to withdraw the policy amount, except surrendering my policy & giving me my policy maturity amount, They issued me 2 fresh policies of policy No.{005640231(issue date 30th June 2012) & 005639827(issue date30th June 2012)}without informing me, how could any insurance company decide to re-invest the money? Because of this cheating & fraud with my whole family is suffering from savior financial & mental harassment’s personally tried to check with the agents why I am getting messages for new policies. They did not pick up my calls, therefore I informed the branch Managers “Mr Mukesh Sharma” & “Mr Sanjeet Haldhar” telephonically and he has also not supported me, which means he is also a part of the cheating game.
Request you to file the complain against Birla sun life insurance company to provide the relevant refund of the original policy.
