I purchased a Symphony cooler on 12th May 2012. The cooler came with 1 year warranty. It has been just 2 months and I have register for service call 3 times. First the pump of the cooler stopped working, then water started flowing. The performance of the cooler is very bad. And when I registered for call this time, no one came to repair it. I mailed at the customer care center, called also, but no one respnded. I want replacement of cooler or money back. Please help me with this.
