Name of company/service: Idea cellular Ltd.
I am using idea post paid mobile since 1.long time earlier every thing was ok but slowly they start changing all palns and terrifs by their own without any prior intimation. I had took a different paln byt few months back i got a message that your plan has been changed. who gave them authority to change my plan without any approval or prior intimation to me?
2. I starting my credit limit was around 1000 but as per usaged it got increased to 12500. My usages was increaing day by day but when i got my June month bill i was shocked that my credit limit has been chaned to 1700 only. they stopped my services due to non payment of bill also without any intimation.
this company is cheating with customers and making them fool. Please take strict action against the company.
