This is with regards to the pathetic speed I have been receiving for the customer ID 1108432678 for the entire week.
The 2 tickets are mentioned below for your reference:
1-2730703078 – Was opened last saturday 6th July
1-2725027688 – Was opened 12th july
I have made multiple calls to tikona folks but everytime they say they will forward it to their seniors. If the seniors have to do everything then why are they present? Let the seniors man the queue and support folks!
I have paid for 2 Mbps and am consistently getting speeds of 0.5 Mpbs. . I was also planning to upgrade to 4 Mbps but I don’t think so I will. In fact, I may now need to look out for some other ISP.
I have also tried to reach out to their appellate authority but didnot receive any response from them also. Am tired of this now….
