I applied online to get postpaid migration done. An executive called and sent a person to collect docs and Rs.250 deposit. The rep. said it would be complete within next 7 days but it has been now 10 days and I did not even receive an confirmation call. Tried to speak to the rep but no response. I am paying and providing my docs. I just need to get my number ported over postpaid. Is it so difficult for airtel to do so?? Or you guys doesnt give a damn about your customers?? I need an urgent response on this else i am going to complaint on higher level and will leave airtel for sure.
