if it was a technical issue then that’s not my fault, for me this is a
Deal, and I want the same order you have to honour this.
What kind of Technical error is this which ran for almost 12 hours,
and being a customer this is not my responsibility to make sure that
your website has a bug.
I am already taking this issue to ministry of consumer affairs and
if it will be not honoured then will take help of legal procedure.
I have a proper confirmation mail stating that i have successfully
ordered it and it will be delivered soon.
So, I am not buying your lies,
It’s totally pathetic service and unethical business practice.
I won’t leave it, If you are not able to resolve it then SHARE
ESCALATION MATRIX.
