Micromax Q7 hanset Fault under Warranty

Hi ,

I have purchased a micromax handset about 6 months ago .The handset worked for 1 month and there after it stopped working suddenly.I approched the autorised servcie ceneter namely Mobicom at jawaharnagar Srinagar Kashmir and they assured me that my handest will be repaired within onw eek.After one week days when i visited they infomed me that handset needs to be sent back to company and cannot be repaired at there end and will be given back to me after one month with assurance that it will work fine thereafter.However they gave back my handset after three months instead of one month and still the handset is not working and final solution given to me is that this cannot be repaired though the handset still is under warranty.I request to pls look into it and ensure justice .
