Acivate the service without any prior notification and information

Hi,
my animesh Sangal. I am in gurgoan using the reliance as telecom service provider.
On 2,Sep,2012 I had recharged my number with a sms pack of 26 rupees having the facility to send 200 sms @ 5 paise per sms. But,yesterday reliance deduct again 26 rupees from my account and activate that service again without any prior information and not even asked from me to reactivate this service. Now i don’t this service now. Let me know who will bear this loss. I didn’t do any sms from my mob. no.even now.please help as soon as possible and this must tell the telecom services that no such services should be activated without prior permission of customer.Hoping your quick response.
