Dear sir,
i purchased my handset micromax model A70 (3G) on 20.11.2011 and was not working deposited with service centre on 31.10.2011 for repair under warranty. job sheet no.W030217-1012-213-1496 dated 31.10.12. now the company offer to replace the set with model no A 44(2G) handset which is not equivalent to older one. The handset should be 3G competable but company does not agree. they want that i should accept the inferior model.now today they have closed my jobsheet without repairing the mobile
