Hello sir! I have bought a micromax mobile 2/10/2012. After using 8 month i have got problem in touch screen after that i submitted my mobile in the service center which are located in CHARAI,THANE. My job sheet no is W030469-0613-3956614. After that i went for my mobile back after 15 days they told me your mobile parts are not available in our company. After that i contact every 15 days but they cant give any responce. After 2 months i cant get any answer form the service center. I wont my cell back or give me replace.
