Meru Flexi Cab Fraud

I book a Meru Cab from Bangalore Airport to bangalore city college hostel,Kalyan Nagar. It was an AC cab.I paid 75 for toll and 1100 as fare and when I reached the destination. I asked for Bill, the driver said the bill will be sent to your mail Id. But I dint get any bill for 10 days. I called them more than 15 times. they always have some excuse. They said that our supervisor will call you and you will get your bill within 24 hrs. but even after 1 week I dent get any bill.
