On 4th of November I was charged Rs. 49 and Rs 15 for the download which I never did. I spoke to the Vodafone care but didn’t got any satisfactory answer. I asked them this should not happen again.
But today they deducted Rs 30 from my balance again for some download which I never did. I can’t bear this, they are frauding their customers. Please settle the matter as soon as possible. I am fed up of Vodafone now. They deduct balance from my account everynow and them without any reason. Please help me in this matter.
