Mental, Physical and financial harassment

Hi,

My name is Ankur Verma. I was using Reliance connection but due to network issue i switch the network to Vodafone. But since the 1st day these guys are harassing me Mental, Physical as well as financial. When I switched My network My number was deactivate by them for around 1 month. Then by giving My own efforts They started the service. They guys are continually lying since 1st day. 1st they told me the scheme is for life time and after activation they said it is for 3 months only.

Every time when I call on toll free 198 / 199 or to the nodal officers they doesn’t respond “properly. And now at the end of scheme they gave me 706 INR instead of 350 INR. They are saying I used internet more the 500 MB. My Phone Billing date is 10th. I checked my Internet balance it was showing 9 MB remain at around 10:45 PM. So how can this possible that if my remaining internet balance 9 MB on 10th May and they are charging for internet since 6th-May.

Please do some thing. I am raped. No one is going to help.
