sir,
i would like to file a case against croma electronics pacific mall,sahibabad. as i have brought a HTC mobile model cha cha on 25th may 2012 where croma salesperson given me wrong information about the product and from the next day i found many sofware problems in that mobile, i went on store on the 2nd day and they have given me htc service centre address but i found none of them was correct and many of them was closed.after facing continuous problem i again went croma and told them anyhow they have to sort out my problem, i submitted them my mobile on 2nd aug and they said they will sort out the problem in a couple of days but after passing 23rd days i m not getting any correct reply from the company members as they are saying you will get your mobile after 10 days 2 days 3 days. i m fed up and mentaly harresed. now either i want a new htc hand set or my money back as i m continuously facing heavy problem.i hope you will respond soon.my contact no is 8860609124
