Dear Team,
I am Deepak Kumar, My Axis Bank a/c no. is 022010100754934 and a/c type is saving.
I have gone to UCO Atm machine(Located at Ganesh nagar, ATM ID- TA012019) to withdraw my amount 9000/- from my Axis Bank Debit card(Card No.-4215720220048843).
But I haven’t recieved my amount at the dated 01-01-2013 20:39 Hrs and it is already deducted from my acount.I have raised the complain against it at the dated 02-01-2013 in Axis bank. The Complain no.is 1301-001729.The Axis banker told me “Kindly wait 7 working days”. After 7 working days, At the dated 10-01-2013, I haven’t recived the amount then i again meet with Axis banker then he told me UCO bank status is Success transaction from ATM So he suggest me Kindly raise the complain with Police approval application for CCTV footage. Then we will help you to provide CCTV footage & after that you will reverse your amount from UCO bank.Then I gone to police station at the dated 11-01-2013 to do the same and after completed the application with police reciving i droped to application with Axis Banker. But Axis Banker told me the CCTV Footage take Time duration 30-45 days.
In this Process i am getting very metal harrasment. Kindly Help me to reverse my amount.
