Name of company/service: airtel
on checking the tarrif plan on mobile internet as follows… 98rs/1gb/data/30 days vailidity and 149/ 2gb data+ 200 mb/ 30 days… but the truth is… 98rs/650mb/21days and 149rs/ 60 isd minutes and no internet packs…
these are information as retrieved on phone by dialing *121# selecting 8 for internet then selecting 3 for monthly internet..
they also flash message about unlimited internet on 148…
when i did 148 recharge i got 1.2 gb data… i did recharge for 149 and i became victim of them..
when called on call center.. they trying explaing me there is no such information.. and you are saying wrong..
please do the needfull and help me recover my lost balance…
