My Cousin, Mr. Naresh Makani, had undergone Surgery due to Obesity and its complications in Febuary 2013. He submitted mediclaim of Rs.380524/- to MDIndia Healthcare Services (TPA) Pvt. Ltd., a TPA of The New India Assurance CO. Ltd.for the reimbursement of Hospitalal Charges and other expenses. His claim has been rejected the said TPA.
