Medicare – Raksha TPA – Scam or what?

Name of company/service: Raksha TPA

Hi,

When I took the Mediclaim from United India with Raksh as the TPA I was told by the agent that this had the best coverage in the Insurance Industry.

After no claims for the last 6 years finally I had to make a claim in one of the most priemier hospitals in Bangalore – St Johns Medical College and Hospital. To my shock I was told that Raksha TPA was not accepted here.

This is really surprising- How can the TPA with the best coverage in the Industry not be accepted in one of the best Hospitals in the country. I was told that they accepted Medi Assist which is the TPA of National Insurance.
