This is Ramu Ranjan Jha. My MTS MBlaze No is 8459224827.
On 17/10/12 at 2:54:22 pm I receive a message from DM-016071.The message wording is as under:-
Recharge your data card with STV 348 and get 6 GB internet for 30 days. Extra 4.5 GB within 7 Days of recharge. Offer till 20 oct 2012.
My complaint is that I just receive 0.512 MB till date when i called to customer care they are saying that that message was of 2GB. It is happened continuously to second chance last month i faced same problem but unfortunately i deleted my message so i didn’t have any prove but this time the message is still in my phone.
