I am an unlucky Max New York Life Insurance policy holder (Policy Number 7333880030) facing lots of harassment from Max New York organisation,
I had invested in a policy with Max New York,policy No.733388003 in the year 2009,premium INR.20000/annum.
As per details provided by advisor policy having 3 years locking period,after that i can get atleast premium paid amount or more according to the market value,without any surrender charges.
With above condition i agree to take policy from them thinking that it will give good return after 3 years,
but today afet 3 years,they say that your fund value is around 34000 only and if i withdraw the same i have to pay surrender charges of 20% means around 24000 INR.
After detail study i found that all my premium part has been feed to company and advisor,they have given me wrong information during purchase of policy,its a real case of fraud,
I have surrender my policy on 27th June 2012, 11.20 at your DADAR Branch and shared every details with respected officer Mr.NARAYANAN RAMAN , EMP. ID BBY0910, and requested to close my ECS,
But on 1st July 2012 INR 20000 is debited from my account after surrender my policy on 27th July 2012 and and number of returns happend in my account due to this debit.i want to take legal action against it.
