Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to register a complaint against the manager of Punjab national bank of BHOWAPUR MASTAN NAGAR which is near to Simbhaoli sugar mill.
Background of this complaint:
There is a education loan of Rs. 1.5 lacs having Account No. 126300JB00000015 on the name of Ms. Neeru Vishla and Father of Neeru Vishla i.e Mr.Naresh Pal Singh is gaurenter of this loan account. Father of Neeru Vishla is also having another saving bank account in the Khudalia Branch of the same bank in addition to the account in BHOWAPUR MASTAN NAGAR. On 25 june 2012 the bank deducted Rs. 1.27 lacs without giving any information to Mr. Naresh Pal Singh from Khudalia Branch of PNB. Although Neeru Vishla is giving installment for the loan regularly. The main concern is that Mr. Naresh pal Singh was not informed about the deduction before deducting the money and the account was in different branch of the same bank.
Kindly look into the matter and please do some favor for Mr. Naresh pal Singh.
