Manufacturing defects of Tippers – Replacement with new tippers

Location/place: Hyderabad

Name of company/service: M/s MAN TRUCKS INDIA Pvt.Ltd. Mumbai

We M/s Dicode Infra Private limited Hyderabad purchased 5 Nos. of Tippers from M/s Man Trucks India Pvt.Ltd, Mumbai on 16/6/2012. Initially they promised to deliver the tippers within five days, but they have delayed the delivery of tippers abnormally and delivered after 45 days, which caused huge loss to our company.
Ever since the vehicles purchased lot of mechanical problems were noticed. The fallowing manufacture defects are still persisting.

1).On application of gears the vehicles automatically slipping into neutral gear.
2).When the body of the vehicle lifted for unloading purpose the jack is touching body.
3).On application of slightest load the center bolt of springs is breaking.

The frequent break down of new tippers causing innumerable loss to our company. Hence we requested to replace all the 5 nos. manufacture defective tippers by new tippers, but M/s Man Trucks India Pvt.Ltd Mumbai are silent in this aspect and so far they have not taken any action to replace the tippers with new tippers.
