Manufacturing Defect in Shoe Purchased

Dear Sir\ Madam,

I had purchased one pair of shoe on dated 01 May 2015 against memo # T48/00041144 from Cannought place situated Sreeleathers shoe store which costs me Rs. 940. Currently in the shoe there are many white patches being occur, it is a manufacturing defect. I had also visited their CP store from where I purchased, it but nothing has happed so far (Meet to Mr. Manas : 9871673969) in this concern.

Please help me to get rid of it as no one is helping me @ merchant.
