Delay in replacement

Hi.
I purchased one yureka mobile on 26th mar 2015 from amazon, vide inv no-“hr-del-2-144105041-1324906 with one year warranty.

On 4th july it got dead and accordingly i lodged the complaint on same day Toll free 18602122122

Compln number 1085115 .

When i lodged complaint they said that it will be replaced within 48hrs but after continuous follow up with the customer care, no replacement was provided.

Everyday they are making new excuses and asking for more time.

I want replacement or money back.

    Hi vodafone customer care didn’t activate my sim from past four days daily they are asking to call after two hours worst service ever don’t use vodafone sim
