Manufacturing Defect In Brand New YAMAHA FAZER

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: YAMAHA/SETCO SHOWROOM PATEL NAGAR

I purchased YAMAHA FAZER on 23/7/2012 at 5:00PM (approx). I reported at showroom on same day at 6:00PM that the Handle of the Bike is tilt and the back light are continually in ON condition.They exclaimed me visit at the showroom for the same.After visiting next day they were trying to convincing me that there is no fault.when i am not convinced then they said to approach to service center.I had been there and the mechanic agreed with the fault which i stated.The mechanic replaced the handle,back light switch and repaired some parts of the handle/ shocker.But still i am facing the same problem.Please look into this matter on the priority basis.I want to replaced this bike because on the first day when i purchased this bike there is manufacturing defect which i reported with in a hour and that means they sold me defected bike and i paid full money for the bike.Please replaced this bike.
