Hotel booked by online payment, but not responded by Hotel

Name of company/service: Aranya Sundari Tourist Lodge

I have booked a hotel on 18th Aug 12 for my family tour through online payment, but now I am trying to catch them to re-scheduled my booking date from 18th Aug 12 to 15th Aug 12.
I have an online payment voucher which I have transferred to the hotel owner’ bank account through NEFT. They have provided two phone no. but now one phone no is invalid and another one is cutting my phone.
Please suggest what to do.
