I was trying to book a bus ticket online from Hyderabad to Bangalore. I wondered there was no bus which started at 9 30 PM and reached 5: 30 AM in bangalore except MMT.
They reached not just one or two hours late, they were late by 3 hours. Because of them, I had to miss an important meeting.
Don’t they do the due diligence before putting the travels on website? Or did they manipulate the departure times according to the customer requirements without actually having the proper services. ?
