After getting flight cancellation information on 20th october, 2012, I called make my trip on 2nd november, 2012 regarding refund and I got assurance that refund will be done by 15th november, 2012. To my surprise I did not got any refund by 16th november, 2012. I called back again november, 2012 and Make My trip executive told that refund was not processed because of airline delay and assured me that it will be done by 7th Dec 2012. I checked back my account details for refund on 7th Dec2012, there was no refund at that time as well. I called Make My trip again and assured me that it will be done by 31st Dec 2012. I call back again to know refund status which was not yet processed, Make my trip executive replied that you can wair till 31st jan 2013,KFA told that they have processed the refund kindly contact with your travel agent. I have lost my confidence as to a company showing such behaviour to customers is not good. Also it has caused already a lot of inconvenience to me. This is no way of dealing and I am no longer bothered with any of their excuse I have mentioned it during the call that if their is some technical glitches I will take cash from any of their counter in Pune. I now realize that it was my biggest mistake of life to book my ticket with Make My Traip & Kingfisher airlines. I will never book my flights with Make My Trip even if it starts again as firstly you will have to face inconvenience due to cancellation of flights and then they will not process your refund by simply postponing it to future dates.
