I have been big fan and all of my life i have used only adidas but from last couple of years have been horrifying in particularly apparels On 15Dec12 i bought one jacket of polyster but in just two days use i happen to noticed bobbling in few part of it now today i go back to same store they gave me one receipt of customer complaint form instead of replacing it there and then, i have got one lower replaced long time so now i have question why can’t they bring the same from some other store and your other store can replace it instantly and other don’t, THAT’S SO DOUBLE STANDARD.
Storekeeper claims to replace or trade with same amount product in 15 days but there’s a purpose why i bought my stuff which are not meant to trade with anything, i wanted to use that jacket cause i do cycling early morning and if the process will take that much time the purpose will defeated and i would never go back to adidas store in my life.
