Made an advance payment but not received the tablet yet

Name of company/service: Pantel Technologies

Dear sir,

My booking id is:PENT00150193, I have made payment for the tablet in PNB on 14-06-2012, and got confirmation mail on 16-06-2012.

But until today I had not received any delivery nor any further information on the delivery of the product, I should have got my tab in 5-6 days as promised, its been 19 days please look into the matter.

I even send them four mails enquiring about the delivery of tablet but not received any reply from them.
